TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you, as a customer, place an order with Kiddiffit (Diffit BVBA, Hovingen 1, 9950 Waarschoot, Belgium, VAT n°: BE 0479 090 324) you agree to the following conditions:
Consumer's Cancellation Right
The consumer has the right to request the cancellation of a purchase without penalty and without having to provide any reason within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the goods. The consumer returns the goods in the original packaging and at the consumers risk and expense. |
Ordering
All prices are given in Euros (€)
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 21% and exclusive of sending costs.
The sending costs are calculated upon completion of an order based on a fixed price of €3.95 for Belgium and €5.95 for Europe.
Customers in the Netherlands that select to have their products sent from the Netherlands (only on Thursdays) also pay €3.95.
There are no sending costs for orders of €75.00 or more for deliveries to Belgium and for deliveries to the Netherlands sent from the Netherlands.
When you place an order with Kiddiffit the products are reserved for a total of 14 calendar days. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail (if you do not receive an e-mail within half an hour please contact us at info@kiddiffit.com)
If we do not receive your payment after 14 days the products your order will be cancelled and the products will be made available for sale again.

Kiddiffit accepts the following payment methods:

-Safe on-line payment with Bancontact via Ogone.
-Bank Transfer to our Belgium bank account:

Levering
Free sending to Belgium and for packages to the Netherlands sent from the Netherlands for orders of €75.00 or more.
For orders of less than €75.00 the following sending costs will be added:
- Belgium and for packages to the Netherlands sent from the Netherlands: €3.95
- Europe: €5.95
- Outside Europe: €9.95
Customers in the Netherlands can thus choose from 2 options:
- Immediate dispatch upon Kiddiffit receiving payment.
You the pay the Europe tariff of €5.95 or choose for
- Dispatch from the Netherlands (Oostburg) on Thursdays. You pay the same tariff as Belgium customers of €3.95. Depending on the day you place your order and payment is received, it may take several days before you receive your package at home.
